Our editorial approach
Clear sources, visible limitations and accountable publication.
Evidence in context
Articles should identify their sources, distinguish research findings from interpretation, and explain relevant uncertainty. Public author and review attribution should reflect the people responsible for the content.
Review and transparency
Publication requires an approved version. Review records, disclosures, reference links and correction notes support accountability. A recorded sign-off alone does not establish scientific correctness.
Ownership
This publication is operated by Healthy Longevity Clinic. Its educational articles do not replace individualized clinical care.
